What we collect
- Your email address, when you join the waitlist.
- Optional answers to two survey questions (your situation and what you would pay).
- The language of the page and the date and time you signed up, and the ad campaign you came from (UTM parameters), if any.
Why, and the legal basis
To email you once when Vessly launches and to decide what to build. Basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the box. You can withdraw it at any time.
Who processes it
Your data is stored in a Google Sheet, so Google acts as our processor. If you accept cookies, Meta and TikTok pixels measure our ads. These providers may transfer data outside the EEA under the legal safeguards they publish.
Cookies
The page sets no cookies until you press Accept. If you accept, the Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel are loaded to measure ad results. If you decline, they are not loaded. Your choice is stored in your browser.
How long
Until we send the launch email, or 12 months after sign-up if the project is dropped, unless you withdraw consent earlier.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent, by writing to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
